Hana Boye

Hana joined Donovan & Company in 2010. She received her common and civil law degrees from McGill University and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2011. Hana holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Anthropology and International Development from Trent University.

Hana represents First Nation clients on a variety of matters including environmental law, land use planning, aboriginal rights and title, consultation and accommodation, governance, tax and specific claims.

Outside of the office, Hana is happiest while whittling wood into instruments and as an intrepid explorer, who is unyielding to pain and rewarded by simple wonders.
